With that accumulated knowledge, and an experienced land agent to shepherd you through the details, you will be well-equipped to find the property best suited to you.

Because it can be a challenge to envision a future home, we begin with visualized starting points—11 distinct standard designs we can customize for your site, budget, and the way you live. Our Axiom Series of standard homes can be built as is, or modified to suit your needs. We can also work with you to create your own custom home.
Budget Worksheet & Eventline
Based on your finalized schematic design and chosen specifications, we provide a summary of what your anticipated costs will be to design, permit, manufacture, and construct your home, as well as an eventline to help you understand the sequence of events and associated amount of time typically required for each step.
