Interior Designer

We work with an international and diverse clientele, guiding our clients through the entire project — from finding a site to specifying items from finishing to furniture – culminating in a stunning prefabricated home, delivered and assembled on-site.

You have:

  • Expertise in Interior Design Specification (minimum 5 years)

  • Certification or industry experience in Kitchen and Bath Design

  • Experience with presenting designs and specifications

  • Experience with fitting appliances into cabinetry

  • Experience with specifying plumbing fittings and fixtures

  • Experience with tile design and specification

  • Experience with furnishings and textile

  • Experience with lighting design and fixture specification

  • Experience with sourcing, ordering, and product procurement

  • Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel

  • Experience in coordinating consultants and vendors

The Job

  • Join our growing Interiors Team to develop a complete set of systematized services for our high-end clients

  • Research, analyze and advise on detailed specifications, industry/local standards, materials, and processes, to establish a highly curated series of selections for our discerning clientele

  • Client-facing role, guiding them through the intimidating process of decision making, vis a vis interior design, some travel may be required.

  • Challenge the status quo and act as a change agent for continuous improvement

  • Coordinate and maintain lasting relationships with clients, manufacturers, consultants, builders, vendors, and local regulatory officials

A typical day with us

  • Prepare, review and present interior design layouts to clients, using 3D SketchUp models, and AutoCAD generated  interior elevations and reflected ceiling plans, via online screen share meeting, including:

    • tile and plumbing fixture layouts,

    • lighting design (in coordination with lighting designers),

    • cabinetry design,

    • furniture layouts and specifications

  • Create and present mood and material boards

  • Fine tune surveys to be reviewed and completed with clients

  • Work with project team to develop appropriate solutions for each individual client, while keeping track of the budget, schedule, and coordinating vendors and installers
